Tahoe Queen Ports of Call Dining Experience

With more variety and intriguing fare, small plates dining comes on board.  Against a backdrop of amazing views, take in the techniques at three entree stations as culinary showpeople saute wild-caught Alaskan salmon medallions, toss jumbo ravioli in shallot and sage butter sauce, carve tenderloin of beef and roast turkey breast.
