93 newly redesigned RV sites, some with lake views, accommodating vehicles up to 40' long, and offering water, sewer, 30/50 electrical, cable TV lines, telephone service w/extra jack for internet, plus a picnic table and a fire ring (several sites allow for one tent, off-pavement).

47 “walk-in” campsites and 10 “drive-in” campsites, some with lake views, featuring picnic tables, fire rings, “bear-proof” food lockers and barbecues.

RV/Campsites Policies

Location: Zephyr Cove is located on Lake Tahoe's South shore, 4 miles North of Stateline on Hwy 50. The rental office for all accommodations is located across the street from the Lodge, in the RV Park.

Check-in: 1pm; Check-out: 11am. If the RV Park front desk is closed, a list of reserved spaces will be posted on the door. The guest may park in their assigned space and then register in the morning.

Payment Policy: Deposit of one nights stay plus tax is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel by 3pm, local hotel time, 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a forfeiture of full deposit. All cancellations will be assessed a $20.00 USD cancellation fee.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed and must be on a leash at all times. Pets must never be left unattended or tied up. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets before they leave.

Miscellaneous: We have limited lake view spots but lots of fully grown pine trees for shade. Restroom facilities, coin-operated showers, and coin-operated laundry facilities are located next to the RV park office. US Forest Service limits the maximum length of stay to 14 days.
